At SankulaHub, we specialize in digital products only — including eBooks, downloadable planner templates, utility tools, and digital resources. As such, there are no physical goods shipped, and all items are delivered electronically to the email or account used at the time of purchase.

📦 Shipping Policy

We do not ship physical items.

All of our products are delivered digitally, usually immediately after successful payment, via:

• Direct download from our website

• Email confirmation with access links

• Or access via your user account (if registered)

If you do not receive your files within 15 minutes of payment, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at sankulahub@gmail.com.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded.

However, we understand technical issues may occur — and we're here to help.

✅ In case of:

• File not received

• Broken download link

• File corrupted or unreadable

We will gladly re-send the product to your registered email or offer alternate download access free of charge.

🚫 Refunds Not Applicable

We do not process refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Incompatibility with unsupported software or devices

🎁 Gifts & Free Downloads

Any free downloads or gifts offered via SankulaHub are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if there's any issue accessing the gift files, we will assist you.
