1. What is SankulaHub?

2. What type of products do you offer?
We specialize in digital downloads, including:
eBooks for business, personal growth, and productivity
Printable planners (weekly, monthly, goal planners, etc.)
Simple utility tools like keyword generators, size converters & more
All products are delivered digitally — no shipping required.
3. How do I pay for a product?
Currently, we support manual payment using UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
At checkout, you will see:
Our UPI ID and payment instructions
A field to enter your UPI transaction reference number
Once we verify your payment, the product download will be shared with you via email or a private link.
4. Do I need to create an account to purchase?
No account is required. Just enter your email, complete UPI payment manually, and provide the reference number. We’ll deliver your product after confirmation.
5. How long does it take to receive the digital files?
Usually within 15–30 minutes of successful payment verification.
In rare cases, it may take up to 12 hours. Please check your email (including spam/junk) after your transaction.
6. What if I didn’t receive the file?
No worries! Simply email us at sankulahub@gmail.com with:
Your name
Transaction reference number
Product name
We will resend your download immediately.
7. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Since we sell digital-only products, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you have any issue accessing or downloading your product, we will gladly resend the files.
8. Are your products customizable?
Some of our planners and templates are provided in editable formats (e.g., PDF fillable or Canva links). Check the product description for customization options.
9. Can I use your tools and downloads for commercial use?
